Denver Metal Supply is growing and seeking highly motivated Sales Reps. We are a locally renowned Metal Fabrication company established in 2019 and we set ourselves apart by the team members we hire, the product we provide, and the customer service we extend.

Sales Reps needed in Denver and the surrounding area – area locations include Aurora, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Englewood, Lakewood and other areas able to commute to our office at 389 S Lipan St. Denver, CO 80223.

This is a client-facing role focused on developing business relationships and selling our metal services and products. Individuals in this position will work closely with our general manager, fabricators, office manager, and management team to assist in the coordination of quoting and placing orders for clients as well as assist with inside sales.

You will be trained and educated on engaging in retail, new construction, bid opportunities, and maintenance programs. Our sales management team will work with you diligently to create customized sales tools such as personalized pitch books and pipeline management tools to aid in your sales process and success.

You will be responsible for establishing new business, signing roofing and restoration contracts, maintaining a quota, and maintaining client communications associated with construction projects. Sales Reps report directly to the Shop Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
● Prospecting & cold calling to generate new leads and relationships
● Finding and developing new markets to improve sales
● Running appointments (self generated-or company provided)
● Generate proposals tailored to the clients specific needs
● Following up with previous and/or potential customers to receive on-going business
● Setting goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
● Providing detailed notes and data from client conversations within the company database

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
● Reliable transportation
● Business-casual dress attire
● Ability to meet new people and maintain business relationships
● Normal business hours, M-F
● Metal/Roofing Industry experience preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE:
● Outside sales: 2 years (preferred)
● Prior construction, roofing, or metal experience or strong local
relationship base

COMPENSATION: ● Salary: 45- 50K
● Commission/Bonus Structure DOE
